No. Using a VPN, Proxy or any methods to modify your IP address is strictly prohibited and will lead to the termination of your account.

We allow only one account per user/household/IP address.

We do not recommend running Rewardy on an Emulator device, this might lead to your account being restricted. If we detect usage of software tools that try to automate the usage of the app, we will suspend your account.

Some offers don't payout instantly and could take up to 24 hours, if you have waited more than that and the status of the offer is 'completed', you need to contact the survey provider company, we dont control the offers/survey. Unfortunately, no. Companies only pay out rewards to first-time users who engage with their offers. This approach ensures that advertisers can effectively acquire new users. Additionally, completing the same offer multiple times, whether it's across different offerwalls within Rewardy or completely different apps/websites, isn't allowed.

The most common reasons are:

We try to process the withdrawal requests within couple of minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours.
