Contact Offerwalls
First make sure that you completed the offer correctly, with all the listed requirements. Also keep in mind that some offers are not instantly credited, it might be delayed. If you have done everything correctly and still havent recieved your points after waiting a while, you will need to contact the "Survey Company" you completed the survey with, most of them have a support button in their "Survey Wall".

1. Click on the 'Support' button on the top right corner of the Adgatemedia wall.
2. Select the offer/survey in question.
3. Click on the 'Contact' button on the bottom left corner.

2. Click on "Missing Points" for the offer/survey in question.
1. Click on the 'Support' button on the top right corner of the Adscendmedia wall.
2. Click on the "Missing Points" button for the offer/survey in question.
1. Click on the 'Support' button on the top right corner of the Lootably wall.
2. Click on "Have an issue?" in the left top corner and send an email to their support (don't forget to include your id + information about the offer/survey in question).
