Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Rewardy Media AB (org. nr 559335-8897, Gothenburg, Sweden) for using the rewardy.io website and the Rewardy app. By creating an account or using Rewardy, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use Rewardy.

1. About these terms

Rewardy lets you earn points and other rewards by completing offers and surveys, playing games, watching streams, listening to music and taking part in challenges and promotions. You can exchange your points for rewards such as PayPal, gift cards and crypto. "Points" in these terms means every kind of reward balance on Rewardy, including points, Watch Time, Boost Points and raffle tickets.

2. Who can use Rewardy

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Only one account per person and one account per household is allowed. This includes people sharing the same home, device or internet connection.
  • You must use Rewardy for yourself, not for a business or on behalf of someone else.
  • Some offers, surveys and payout methods are only available in certain countries.
  • You can't use Rewardy or cash out if you live in a country under EU, UN or US sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.
  • Using Rewardy doesn't make you our employee. You choose what to do and when.

3. Your account

  • Give correct information when you sign up and keep your email address up to date.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Your account, points and rewards are personal. You can't sell, share, transfer or trade them.
  • Pick a username that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's name or brand. We may change usernames that break this rule.

4. Earning rewards

  • Each offer, survey and activity shows its own requirements. You only earn the reward if you meet all of them, as the partner or Rewardy confirms.
  • Most offers are meant for new users of the advertiser's app or service. If you have used that app or service before, you are usually not eligible.
  • Points have no cash value until you cash them out and are not your property until then. We may change how many points activities give, what rewards cost and which rewards are available.
  • Answer surveys honestly and with care. Partners can reject rushed, random or inconsistent answers, and then no reward is paid.
  • If points are credited by mistake, or an offer or reward is shown with the wrong value, for example because of a bug or a partner error, we may correct it and remove points that were credited by mistake.

5. Pending rewards, reversals and chargebacks

  • Some rewards are pending first, while the partner checks the completion. Pending rewards can't be cashed out yet.
  • Partners can reverse a reward later (a chargeback), for example if the advertiser finds the completion invalid. We then remove those points from your account. Your balance can go negative, and future earnings cover it first.
  • Whether a partner credits or reverses an offer is decided by the partner. We will help with missing rewards where we can, but we can't force a partner to credit an offer.

6. Cashing out

  • You can cash out once your balance reaches the minimum shown on the cashout page. The available methods, costs and fees are shown there too.
  • Only cash out to payment accounts and wallets that you own. Check your details carefully: we can't recover payouts sent to a wrong address or account you entered.
  • We review cashouts to prevent fraud. Most are paid within 24 hours, but a review can take longer. We may ask you to confirm your identity or your activity before paying.
  • We may cancel a cashout and return the points if a payout method is unavailable, or refuse it if the account breaks these terms.
  • For crypto payouts, make sure the wallet address and network are right. Crypto values change, and network fees may apply.
  • Gift cards and other rewards are provided by partners and follow their own terms. Once delivered, they can't be exchanged or refunded.

7. Rules

To keep Rewardy fair for everyone and for our partners, you must not:

  • Have more than one account, or more than one account per household, or use someone else's account.
  • Repeat the same offer across different offer walls or accounts, or complete offers you have already done before. Offers are for new users, so doing them again is cheating.
  • Create a new account to avoid chargebacks or a negative balance, or to get around a ban.
  • Use automation of any kind: bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators, modified apps, or any other tool that does tasks for you or fakes activity.
  • Hide or fake your identity, location or device: VPNs, proxies, location spoofing, device spoofing, or giving false information to us or to partners (for example in surveys).
  • Exploit bugs or errors instead of reporting them, or try to access, attack, overload or reverse-engineer Rewardy or its systems.
  • Abuse referrals: refer yourself or your own accounts, or pay or trick people into signing up.
  • Threaten, harass, abuse or attack Rewardy staff, moderators or other users, or share anyone's personal information, on Rewardy or anywhere else, for example Discord or social media.
  • Use Rewardy for anything illegal, including money laundering or fraud against partners or advertisers.

Account reviews: to prevent fraud, we may review any account at any time and ask you for information, for example proof of identity, proof of address or proof that you completed an offer (such as a receipt or screenshot). If you don't reply within a reasonable time, or give false or incomplete information, we may hold or forfeit your points and suspend or close your account.

8. What happens if you break the rules

If we believe you have broken these terms, we may, without notice:

  • remove points, reverse rewards or cancel pending cashouts
  • suspend or close your account and any accounts linked to you
  • keep your account's remaining points, which are then forfeited
  • block your devices, IP addresses or payment details from using Rewardy
  • claim back payouts that were obtained by breaking these terms, and report fraud to partners or the authorities

We base these decisions on the information we have, including checks by our partners. We don't share the details of our fraud checks or how we found a rule break, because that would help others get around them. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will review it.

9. Closing accounts

  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support. Points left in a deleted account are lost, so cash out first. This also covers your right as an EU consumer to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days.
  • We may close any account at any time, at our discretion. If we close your account because you broke these terms, your remaining points are forfeited (see section 8). If we close your account for any other reason, you can cash out your balance above the minimum cashout before it closes.
  • We may also stop offering Rewardy, or parts of it, at any time. If we shut down Rewardy completely, we will give you reasonable notice to cash out.

10. Inactive accounts

If you don't sign in for 180 days, we may delete your account. We will email you at least 7 days before. If you don't sign in before then, the account and its remaining points are deleted.

11. Games, raffles, challenges and promotions

  • Games, the wheel, scratch cards, raffles, leaderboards, challenges and promo codes are free promotions. You never pay to take part.
  • Tickets, spins and scratch cards are a free bonus for using Rewardy. They can't be bought with money or points, have no cash value and can't be cashed out.
  • Each one can have its own rules, shown where you take part. Those rules apply on top of these terms.
  • Promo codes can be used once per person unless the code says otherwise.
  • We may change, pause or end any promotion at any time, and we may remove prizes or results gained by breaking the rules.

12. Partners and third-party offers

Offers, surveys, games and rewards come from partners and advertisers. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply too. We are not responsible for their apps, websites, products or services, or for any purchases, deposits or payments you choose to make with them.

13. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive, under the rules of the country where you live.

14. Our content

Rewardy's name, logo, website, app and content belong to Rewardy Media AB. You may use them only to use Rewardy for yourself. You may not copy, sell or build on them without our written permission.

When you send us content, such as videos for challenges, reviews, feedback or messages in our communities, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to use, show and share it to run and promote Rewardy, without payment beyond any reward offered for it. Don't send content that is illegal, offensive or someone else's.

15. Liability

  • We work hard to keep Rewardy running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by partners, by things outside our control, or by you breaking these terms.
  • As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the points in your account.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intent, or rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
  • Google and Apple are not party to these terms and are not responsible for the Rewardy app or its support. The app stores' own terms also apply to your download.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the website and in the app at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using Rewardy after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, you can cash out and delete your account.

17. Law and disputes

  • Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws.
  • If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to solve it.
  • If we can't agree, consumers can take the dispute to a court in Sweden or in the country where they live.
  • If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a rule right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms, the Privacy Policy and the rules shown for each promotion are the whole agreement between us. We may transfer it to a company that takes over Rewardy. You can't transfer it to anyone.
  • We send notices to the email address on your account. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.
